Online Support

  1. Our online support is provided through a Motorola (formerly Netopia) eCare platform using the Safari web browser on your VERIS system. This software requires only that you client have fast Internet access from your VERIS system and that your Safari application preferences be set to allow cookies.
  2. All online support sessions must be scheduled in advance by email communication with support@veris-edi.com or by a telephone call to EDI at 650-631-0120.
  3. At the agreed-upon time for your online support session, open your Safari web browser and go to: http://ecare4a.netopia.com:80/veris-edi/ecare4 or click on the "Live Help" button below and follow any directions that appear. You should get an online form for requesting a session ticket. If the form does not appear, please call EDI or send an email describing your experience to support@veris-edi.com for additional assistance.
  4. Please complete the form and click on the "Submit" button at the bottom. When the agent (on our end) sees the ticket request, he will initiate an eCare session and a chat window will open in your browser.
